Upgrade & Downgrade Policy

At Trendy Tech Beauty & Bridal, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy outlines how upgrades and downgrades are handled for applicable products and services.

Digital Products All digital product sales (including downloadable planning guides and checklists) are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital goods unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

Product Upgrades If you wish to upgrade to a higher-value product or package after purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your order. We will apply the original purchase amount as a credit toward the upgraded item, subject to availability.

Product Downgrades Downgrades to a lower-priced item after purchase are not available. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription or Service Upgrades Where applicable, upgrades to premium tiers or service packages take effect immediately. Unused portions of a current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
